Question 1

How is Employers AI different from Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever?

Accepted Answer

Traditional ATS platforms give you a database and workflow UI, but your team still has to manually write posts, source candidates, review resumes, and coordinate schedules. Employers AI gives you Ava — an AI hiring copilot that does the actual recruiting work — plus the Invisible ATS in Slack. If you already use Ashby, Ava also syncs two-way with it.

Question 2

Is Employers AI a recruiting agency?

Accepted Answer

No. Employers AI is an AI software platform. We do not charge 15–25% percentage-of-salary commissions or act as third-party headhunters. You get dedicated software and an AI teammate (Ava) that runs candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination under your complete oversight.

Question 3

Do I need to replace my existing ATS?

Accepted Answer

If you use Ashby, Ava plugs directly into it with 2-way sync. If you use another ATS, or do not have one, you get the Invisible ATS included for free, managed entirely through Slack — no migration required to start hiring with Ava.

Question 4

Can I trust AI to screen candidates fairly and accurately?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Ava screens candidates against explicit, objective qualifications that you define for each role. Every screening decision includes transparent rationale and source citations. Furthermore, our Unbiased™ framework audits evaluations to eliminate arbitrary bias.

Question 5

What does Employers AI cover today?

Accepted Answer

Employers AI covers full-cycle candidate sourcing across verified professional networks, automated inbound resume screening, conversational applicant interviews, multi-stage scheduling, candidate follow-up sequencing, and full pipeline tracking via Slack and ATS integrations.
